Refund policy

If you’re looking to refund or exchange your order, we're here to help! We can offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Personal items like earrings can not be refunded
• Refunds will not be provided by a customer refusing to pay import or VAT charges in their country.
