Processing Times

All orders received have a processing time of between 3 to 10 days. This is due to all items being handmade and most being made to order.

Shipping Time Estimates

Canada- orders are shipped via letter mail unless you upgrade to tracking. You can expect to receive your items within 5 to 14 business days after the processing time.

USA- all orders have tracking and are shipped with USPS via Chit Chats. You can expect to receive your items within 5 to 14 business days after the processing time.

Outside North America- your items will be shipped via Chit Chats with tracking. You can expect to receive your items within 10 to 45 business days after the processing time.

Please note that this time frames are estimates and shipping carrier delays are beyond the control of Sassy Sacha Jewelry.
